Vintage, 17" sailboat steering wheel, we think this is nickel plated brass, 6-spoke, with a 2 3/4" black metal hub cap.  1" wheel, 3" circumference.  Back opening 3 1/2", with 3/4" center hole.  Unknown brand.  The inside has a small label "2".  No other marks.  Condition is used.  Light surface scratches.  Seller has not cleaned / polished.  Weighs 4lbs. 2ozs.  7 photos are a part of this description.
